Thank you for posting Walt's obit, he was a good friend our senior year and beyond. A true American hero, we were in Nam at the same time but never at the same place, but know how dangerous his time was over there. Met up at one of the HS reunions later and were amazed at his fire fighting stories out west,. Met up again in Orlando a few years ago and were regaled by his stories about flying over DC.
Was in homeroom with Walt and Mike Summers - Mike to help get me thru Physics and Geomertry and Walt to help with Chemistry as my lab partner - otherwise who knows ? Both were friends and great classmates ! RIP
